Evaluate and confirm qualitative elements: manager pedigree, investment strategy for expected market conditions, consistent and replicable processes, managers' business skills.Conduct in-depth discussions with manager on-site.

OPERATIONAL DUE DILIGENCE: Manager's monitoring. Identify style drift, conflicts of interests. Upgrades or terminations.
